Make an Impact with an RV

by Izzy Woods

Corporate events are fantastic opportunities to showcase your company and drum up some more business. Most of these types of events are held away from offices and business premises, in a place that is easily accessible to customers, so you need to think about the best way to represent your business away from home.

Hiring an RV is a great way to create a base for your business at corporate events. When you hire a motorhome, everything is taken care of, like campervan insurance, electricity hook up cables, and more. With an RV you have a place for people to sit and relax in the lounge, toilet facilities, and even somewhere you can prepare refreshments for people interested in your business.

RV's are especially suitable if the corporate event is being held outside, but even if they are indoor events, having a comfortable place to sit down with future customers and clients away from the noise and bustle of a busy expo can really pay off. Using an RV at corporate events has many extra benefits besides being a place to sit and chat though, so read on to find out more.

Mobility

One of the main strengths of hiring an RV for a corporate event is the mobility factor. No matter where the event is, you can simply drive there. What's more, with all the space available in a motorhome you can take all the promotional material and equipment you need with you. There would even be space for tents and gazebos if you wanted to create a stall outside of the RV.

Being able to go anywhere means that you can take promoting your business on the road comfortably. If there are a variety of events that your business should be visiting within the space of a couple of weeks, using an RV makes it easy to get to them all. Just pack up all the gear into the motorhome and head off to the next show, where you can set up again.

Even if there are no events to go to, you can use the RV to promote your business in busy public areas. By inviting passers-by into the RV to find out more about your business you have a mobile office where you can do business.

All the facilities you need

A good RV has all the facilities you could possibly need to comfortably host people interested in your company. To begin with, there is a large lounge area with ample seating to sit and chat about how your business can help them. All mod-cons are available, including heating, electricity, and gas. If you need to show them a presentation on a laptop, but it's low on battery, that's no problem because it can be plugged it to the mains. If you want to remain open after the sun has gone down, electric lights will keep you working into the night.

Making refreshments, like coffee or tea, and preparing snacks can be done using the built in kitchen in the RV, cold drinks can be served thanks to the refrigerator. If you're taking your RV on the road and will be spending a few days or a week in it, the kitchen is well-equipped enough for you to prepare meals for yourself and staff. The bedrooms in an RV will also give you somewhere to get a good night's sleep ready for the next day.

Another great benefit of using an RV is that you have your own personal bathroom for customers to use. Imagine you are at a busy event and located far from the on-site bathrooms. If your customer needs to walk a long way to use the bathroom, chances are they will be distracted before they get a chance to return. Providing the facilities for them means they are more likely to stay and keep talking with you.

Brand image

Your companies brand image counts for a lot, and a good brand is proven to retain customers. With an RV you can arrange for it to be decorated with your company's logo and brands. By doing this you are creating a large advertising board for your business, and when you take it on the road who know how many people it message will reach.

RV's are a cost effective way to promote your business in the best possible way at corporate events. Forget the usual stall, with tent, table, and chairs. Consider using an RV for your next corporate event to make your company stand out.
